Rules

– Obey posted speed limits 5 MPH even if they seem ridiculously low. You’re on vacation, take your time.

Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 7:00am.

–  Please abide by our Check-out time 12 Noon!! Late Check-out can be arranged with office ($)

 –  Sewer rings or connectors are required (available for sale ($) at the office).

 –  One RV (plus tow car) is permitted on each site.

–   Extra vehicles of ANY kind must be parked in designated overflow areas X$ may apply

– We are observing water conservation restrictions. Therefore RV/Car/Truck/Trailer washing of any kind is not allowed.

 – Be mindful to your fellow campers. Loud Parties, Music, TV and Public intoxication are strictly prohibited.

 –  Firearms, projectile weapons of ANY type and hunting are not permitted anywhere in the campground.

 –  We allow temporary clotheslines for beach towels and bathing suits only!  

 – Please place household trash only, in receptacles around the Park. Our main dumpster is only to be used for household trash as well.

 

Children:

– DO NOT let your children “run wild”.

 Please keep your young ones under your control and eyesight at all times, they must not be allowed to disturb the other guests.


Pet Owners:

– We do want you to have fun with your “Fur Kids” while staying at our Park.

– X-pens and small fences are allowed as long as they don’t leave damage to the campsite.

– Dogs must be attended at all times and only outside your unit while you are present. 

– All animals must be inside your tent or camping unit at night.

– For the safety of all four and two legged campers, we have to ask you to keep your dog/s leashed when walking around the Park or on our beautiful Hiking trails.

– We provide Pick-up stations all around the park, there is no reason not to pick up after your dog.

This will be strictly enforced.

We ask our guests to abide by our rules. Violations will result in eviction from the park without any refund.

Ozark Mtn. Springs RV Parks & Cabins, LLC will not refund for early departure or bad weather.

24 hour security is provided for our guest by the owners.

We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees as deemed necessary and without prior notification.

Cancellation Policies

A reservation is a contractual agreement between you and us.

When we reserve a site or cabin for you, we actually take it off the market for the time-frame you reserved. Even though we may have subsequent requests from others for your site and on these dates, we save the site just for you – even if it means turning other customers away.

In fairness to all of our campers and to keep prices affordable these cancellation rules will be enforced.

For RV Sites

Same day reservations are held with a credit card but no shows will be charged for one night.

All other reservations for RV sites require a 24hr cancellation (by phone or email) and will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

For Cabin and Clubhouse Lodging

Same day reservations for Cabins and Clubhouse Lodging are held with a credit card but no shows will be charged for one night.

All other reservations for Cabins and Clubhouse Lodging require 7 day cancellation
(by phone or email) and will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

Reservation cancelled within 7 days of scheduled arrival will be charged for one night.

Ozarks Mountain Springs RV Park and Cabins (OMS) Privacy Statement

OMS is committed to respecting your privacy. We take every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit information via our web site, that information is protected both online and off-line. In order to fully understand your rights we encourage you to read this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions for use of the website.

OMS is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site.

Contact Information: Some areas of our Site request or require contact and other information. During the registration process, we may collect personal and other information such as your name, address, and e-mail address.
We may use your information to deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as targeted banners, new services and promotions.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions you expressly agree to receive these communications.
OMS does not share your email address with any third party.

Demographic Information: We may also maintain a database of transactions on the Site and we use this information in aggregate form to track the success of our Site and its content, including various forms of advertising.

Internet Protocol Address: We collect an IP address from all visitors to our Site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. Information from Children: Our Site is for adults and usage by children is not intended. Release, Indemnification and Consent

Ozark Mountain Springs RV Park & Cabins, is the parent entity of privately-owned S&S Adventures Corp., a North Carolina corporation authorized to do business in the State
of Missouri (together,”OMS”) You and all those in your party, including any guests (collectively, “You”) know and acknowledge that camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities and that OMS welcomes dogs and other domesticated animals, which may offer additional risk, and You accept and assume those risks, both known and` unknown. OMS is not responsible for injuries or damages occurring as part of the inherent risks of its special camping environment.

In consideration for camping at OMS and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, to the fullest extent allowed by law, You hereby release OMS, its officers, directors, employees and volunteers  (“Indemnified Parties”) of all liability, except in the instance of their gross negligence or willful misconduct, for the loss or damages to property and injury to You or your pets arising out of the use of OMS, including but not limited to the camping facilities, and activities or events sponsored by OMS and agree to indemnify the Indemnified Parties against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to You, including pets, arising out of the use of OMS, including but not limited to the camping facilities and any activities or events sponsored by OMS, unless caused by the Indemnified Parties’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree to pay for any damages to OMS’ property that You, other people in your party or your pets may cause. You agree to immediately report any accident, injury or property damage to management. If a hazard or dangerous situation is noticed, You agree to notify the management immediately.  You also agree to take full responsibility for yourself and all those in your party, including pets and guests, and will require them to comply with all OMS rules and abide by and be bound by the terms of this Release, Indemnification and Consent.

You grant OMS the right to take your (including everyone in your party, pets and guests) photo or other image while at OMS.  You authorize OMS to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. You agree that OMS may use such photos or other images with or without your names and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content.

The laws of the State of Missouri control this Release, Indemnification and Consent (“Agreement”). If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain
enforceable.I confirm that everyone in my party has read this Agreement as posted on the OMS website at:

and that they consent to its terms and I have received authority from everyone in my party to sign this Agreement on their behalf.

BY SIGNING YOUR REGISTRATION PAPERWORK AT ARRIVAL, YOU, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES LISTED IN THE REGISTRATION FORM, POSTED IN THE OFFICE OR ON THE GROUNDS, ON THE OMS WEBSITE, OR OTHERWISE STATED BY MANAGEMENT AND BIND YOURSELF AND THOSE IN YOUR PARTY, HEIRS AND ASSIGNS TO THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION AND CONSENT.
